Terms of Service

Agreement between you (the user) and us (Destroy Digital podcast)

G’day. Welcome to Destroy Digital.

www.destroydigital.com.au (the “Site”) is owned and operated by Chris Asher and Mark Chen (Destroy Digital). By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and to use the Site in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific sections of the Site or to products and services available through the Site.

We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions or to impose new conditions on use of the Site, from time to time, in which case we will post the revised Terms of Service on this website. By continuing to use the Site after we post any such changes, you accept the Terms of Service, as modified.

LISTENERS
The podcast is offered a free resource for you. Please listen to as many episodes as you wish. Please share and tell everyone you know how great this podcast is. Drop us a review or get in contact if you have any feedback. If you do use our ideas in your projects or business, would be nice to drop us a line and tell us how you went (we’d also be happy to help talk you through implementation and offer further advice – you never know). Finally, please do not steal our content and claim it as your own. Not cool.

GUESTS
We are honoured to have guests as co-hosts from time to time. As a guest, you allow us to publish and promote the episode that you are on via the usual channels that we use to publish and promote our regular episodes. We would be using your professional profile and image in the process and may link it back to your online asset (if you wish). We also would talk about how awesome it was to have you onboard on some of our other episodes. In the event, you wish us to un-publish your episode in the future – we won’t, as that is seriously not cool – we would, however, be open to updating the description to reflect your change of heart. By coming on our podcast, you consent to the above and are cool with it.

CASE STUDIES
For businesses and organisations that we feature in our episodes, we are grateful for this. Especially if you’ve specifically asked us to do so. We endeavour to give free advice and solutions that we think would be awesome and effective. If you do like what we’ve come up with and you do find it useful, a review on iTunes would be really appreciated. However, if you do use the advice and it doesn’t work – you promise not to don’t blame us. There are heaps of variables in any execution and there is no silver bullet in marketing. Besides, as they say, you get what you pay for. If you’re really serious about getting your digital marketing on point (on fleek, on the money) and you’re not exactly sure how to do it, we advise that you hire someone who does. If you give us a call at this point and hire us, there’s a discounted fee in it for you.

And that’s our Terms of Service in plain English, or in our case, Australian.

Cheers, mate.
